Yes, what you see there are trades that wasn't reported during the session, they are traded DURING the session but REPORTED after the close. They are NOT trades made after the close, because ALL of OTCs DO NOT trade after hours. HENCE YOU SEE IT POSTED in the AFTER HOUR.
Which would be the T trade made by the MMs. Doesn't affect the value of the stock. This is simply the MMs settling shares that were traded during the day.
