The balance sheet is tens of millions short of what they owe the preferred holders, looks like the market doesn't think they are going to make tens of millions to pay them back on top of creating additional value for the commons.
Because if they could... THEY WOULD HAVE DONE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
