Referring to a T trade? Those are trades that were made during the day by market makers and settled at the end of the day. No other forms of after market trades exist for stocks traded on the otc.

Nope... no T-Trades allowed on OTC. Those are trades that were missed or botched during regular hours and are posted after hours. The close is what you saw at the "bell."
