I don't know where nasdaq came up with dividend reinvestment. I think it's pretty clear that Kruger exercised the options that expired on 2/28.

If it had to do with the preferred dividend, Rosene would have had the same # of shares as Kruger because I believe they both own the same amount of the preferred stock.
