Seriously asus, should MF have simply stepped back and listened to BH say let me handle this? In this litigious society, I don't take stock much in anyone being sued, but when you have zillions of suits against you?
Frankly I don't think the Freedom of Information Act is such a good thing. Where we have access to government data, it gave rise to companies like Acxiom and the like that market private consumer data. Doesn't matter if you expunge an arrest record, if it's in a company's database, you ain't getting it off. Forget about "opt out" privacy laws. However it allows us to find out that Henthorn has many lawsuits, that the current advisors for ReelTime had legal problems with the SEC. It also allows us to kinda fact check PRs and the like.
Those who know "why" hire those who know "how". We are still waiting on the "how".
