I seriously doubt convertibles issued in April can be or will be maturing in May.

All of the issued common shares are available for open market unless restricted. That list were all previous notes due payable or available to be converted hence the issuance of shares. Either way those shares are already out there. The question will be when are the sellers done as we are seeing CPUS shares right now IMO.
