I don't think you can throw out the .50 PPS. I think it will be at least .50 if not more and the share structure is being set up right now, BEFORE the merger, by a R/S or something of the like... oh yeah, IMO of course.

Don't forget, part of the Actsoft deal was that magical .50 PPS.
