Quite the opposite. They have Eddie in a noose on this one.

You need to read the court documents:

1) Eddie was indicted by GRAND JURY. Apparently THEY felt there's enough evidence to have him arrested and prosecuted for felony theft.

2) There is no proof that any of the "pass slips" filed that show where it was the D.A. who requested these postponements.

3) I doubt the D.A. ever agrees to prosecute someone on "B.S. trumped up charges."

Sounds like to me that don't have a case against Eddie. That is why they keep postponing. It was some BS trumped up charges anyway and you know it.
