Well a few things could happen... they could get a 15day extension I think or they dont file which could get them in big trouble with the sec... The sec could shut them down but usually it takes yrs to get around to do it... If they dont file which I think they will this could go down to no bid with a bottomless bottom but that would be extreme if they dont....
