Look at the SEC filings from one week ago. The O/S were around 1 billion, then they said they owe this note holder millions of dollars, which would translate into the issuance of 3.5 billion additional shares on top of the 1 billion O/S. They also said no agreement was made to give the shares to the note holder, but that may have changed this week.
