The SEC does not react to this as 90% of the pennytsocks are scam....and still are listed and can be traded.
However, it is anyway wrong as CPFI can't be a scam....it is simply dead, not really traded, never hyped, sub-penny without any interest by the stockmarket, not a running compnay, no product, no filings, even not a pink sheet, no promotion, no paid promotion, nobody of this shell tries to get people buying shares..............what scam shall this be LOL

If you are a shareholder of SPKL you are too late to make a complain against SPKL....SPKL is out and over and gone. That's why CPFI is a dead shell.
