this would cause rates to go through the roof i would imagine. dble edge sword. low co-pay but higher premium. it all equals out.

I'm not sure if the rep you spoke with fully understands what he is taking about. There is no prescription under the MMPR for medical marijuana and I highly doubt there would be a DIN number on the package you get from the Licensed Producer. If it was a prescription, it would have a DIN number and I could see it being covered.
However, you can write it off as a medical expense on your personal taxes.
