Marani posted on their FB in reply to a MRIB long post about the filing date.. Their response was "second half of this month".

We cleaned up most of our stock-related questions on their product page. It was getting ugly-looking and non-professional for us to hound them.

Their reply I mentioned was in the middle of the thread of all these and got deleted. But that was the last official reply about them filing the report I know of. We'll just have to see if they file tomorrow.
