FYI : Exactly and said it too last week when i called on my side too, so all confirmed here and so happy SINCERELY because low float always make Huge move and if some here do not know what is a huge float impact see the last mega run of slnx and was 375 m float so we have here less than 258 m float so imagine why i prefer to say we go more into multi pennies like bitcf on bitcoin did too :) i do not know if you are all ready but be sure I AM ;$)
Funny the TA told me that they could not give any info on MELY as they are gagged and that I would need to contact the company. You are getting the OS from an outdated source the OTC which is from January. I have personally contacted the TA and I know as you stated they would not tell you anything even though you worded your post to sound like they gave you the OS, they didn't. You stated you knew the OS and used the figures from the OTC site to tell the story. I am long MELY and feel peeps should know the facts the best as we can figure them. IMHO GL
Below is the actual OS from what I can tell according to the latest filings that enable us to figure out what the OS is.
From the filing on April 11 2014:
"1. NAMES OF REPORTING PERSONS LG CAPITAL FUNDING, LLC I.R.S. IDENTIFICATION NOS. OF ABOVE PERSONS (ENTITIES ONLY) 32,954,454
9. AGGREGATE AMOUNT BENEFICIALLY OWNED BY EACH REPORTING PERSON
65,890,908
10. CHECK IF THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT IN ROW (9) EXCLUDES CERTAIN SHARES (see instructions)
11. PERCENT OF CLASS REPRESENTED BY AMOUNT IN ROW (9)
9.7%
Item 2 (d) Title of Class of Securities Common Stock"
We now know this is common stock and simple math lets us find the OS as of April 11. Using the figures: 32,954,454*2= 65,908,908 FYI- They made a typo the figure is not 65,890,908 but 65,908,908 but I will use theirs anyway to find OS
So 65,890,908/.097= 679,287,711 OS or 679,287,711*.097= 65,890,908 or 9.7% of the OS owned by the two entities listed above.
Bottom line according to the most recent info the OS is 679,287,711. Still a low OS and very good for a stock trading at these levels. IMHO
