They were issued after the revers split and before the reverse merger. They are part of the 101 million OS. I agree, the 25 million shares should be restricted - but I was told they were not restricted and the filings don't say anything about restrictions on them. If Ross Gold is diluting, they won't be sharing that info with us any time soon... The fact remains that the price of the stock is not responding to the volume... It appears to be that there are new shares entering the market.
