I agree with everything you say except 1 point. IMO they will not FS, but will add shares to the Market on each and every PR. Watch.

they are absolutely amateurs when it comes to running a company with publicly traded shares. But, look at the bright side, they purchased the shell from "experts" at raising capital (dilution)
The original private folks that are already invested with Flex will be handsomely rewarded with YOUR money AND a preferred set of shares......
