They are suing Kett in federal court for tortious interference - 3x damages etc. in play. The thing to keep in mind though is that several deals are coming through the pipeline and the demise of the Airtronic deal is more or less old news as far as the stock price is concerned. This deal went south months ago and there are tons of new ones in the works ready to take its place that are more promising in terms of unlocking and realizing value.
