'How long should a company be able to continue as a development stage company, without producing anything?'

It's obvious that WGAS was just a shell company trying to put something together for years. In the meantime like any of these companies their must be trader interest first or they die, period. WGAS has managed to be, in-spite of itself a valuable shell & have went from Venture Cap (yes I wrote Venture Cap, remember OTCQB, only reason their pink is because of .01 bid test, but filed audited SEC fins for a reason) to production with the purchase, (not really a purchase but Adams stuffing his assets into WGAS, but label that way) of ADR assets. The Debt Holders or toxic debt was already their & these Debt Holders have put this whole deal together, Volk serves as the whipping boy, maybe soon the martyr, once they decide it's time for a big run up.

With this happening what was lead (WGAS stock) is now most likely gold, I'll settle for silver.
