More like, BW will use this as a ploy, PR coming stating how BBDA has retired 3 Billion shares but it's really BBDA has increased A/S from 2.5 Billion (CAPPED REMEMBER) to 6.8 Billion ( MEANING BBDA STILL HAVE 1 BILLION TO DILUTE)
