I'll be here, I'll still be a shareholder, and I'll eat crow if you're right.

I doubt it though. CEO's can lie through their teeth to you, the investor on a private call, but they can't lie in:

1) Reports to the SEC
2) PR's
3) Investor conference calls (not 100% certain about this one though)

I myself personaly ain't bettin on nuttin. I have heard a hundred times that a company is going to be back on the BB or AMEX or NAS or NY exchanges and not ever see it happen.

I am now to the point that a company needs to convince me by actions and deeds not talk. I am a firm believer in the old addage "cash talks b/s walks". Currently as far as I am concerned the company has made some b/s statements yesterday and now needs to back them up with actions.

I am not real proud of the fact that MLXO went to the Pinks in the first place, (shows a lax management operation in my book).

I am neither pumping nor bashing this stock or the company, just adding my 2 cents worth to the conversation. FWIW
