That's something you have to ask yourself. Will you be more upset if you pull the trigger and the PPS drops (which it could) before rebounding or if you don't pull the trigger and SVFC goes on a run? It's hard, if not impossible, to predict the absolute bottom. IMO, any accumulation at these levels will be rewarded if you believe in the future of the company. SVFC$$$$
