I guess you're a big board dynamo here to illustrate the evils & pitfalls of investing in OTC companies?! Lol,,,,, ppl invest down here, same reason why ppl go to the swap meets & flea markets more bang for the buck, & most folks know about the scams, the savvy investor makes money off outright POS, with S/S structures much more lousy than this one.

Problem with this one, the blatant manipulation, & everyone knows it. Company puts out successive PRs about acquisition of Adams oil wells & technology plans for business ops oh & btw those wells produce, but the PPS goes further & further down, because of the shorting being done while Debt Holders convert at the very bottom & longs some, who've been here for over a year, suffer, & soothsayer naysayers constantly make predictions of R/S. The malfeasance is getting to be quite ridiculous, and most investors know how to put up with malfeasance down here. The scam here, seems to be 'get as much of retail out.'

Volk is not profiting by selling shares down here, nobody is. But maybe he's profiting from shorting in the meantime. Market Makers are profiting no matter what, & Debt Holders will profit once they blow the PPS through the roof, but in the meantime loyal longs suffer.

The problem is no one trust's anyone on this board because we all think that "others" are profiting off the situation.

Maybe its actually only a small few who are and the rest are needlessly bickering over crumbs.

who knows maybe everything will SETTLE down and we will get AGREEMENT
