I tried to contact PinPoint via email. I asked a very general question regarding their interest in entering the American equity markets. They have yet to reply. That was on the 5th of May.

EVDR has been inactive on WY SOS since 7/10/2013. They're even "Administratively Dissolved" which I assume is the equivalent of being Revoked in Nevada. It's possible that they are no longer a tenant at the address held in common by PinPoint.
