I think this new IR company put Steve on a tight leash, no more over promising, keep his mouth shut. Take a page from Job's book and under promise and over deliver.
As far as Harvard Business Review, hard to get through that stuff. This is not a launch, it's a profitable ongoing business, if anything it would be a small market restructuring, a different kettle of fish altogether.
