Better Duck. RS is a Taboo topic scares the crap out of people...
I think inevitable...But if sales and earnings are growing and it gets institutional investors to look at APT as a serious company it could do very well for all of us.

R/S?? Doesn't need to happen IMO

O/S

I really want the board to read this so we can all get a good grasp of how a good operating company isn't effected with a large O/S.

Classic case of how huge O/S can turn a Company more successful because of the LOYALTY they have towards their initial investors - SIRI (Sirius XM) - over 60 Billion in O/S, trading around $3.25, lots of talk and lots of encouragement to R/S when it was at $0.50, but SIRI executives stuck to their believe that even with a large O/S, as long as they RUN the Company accordingly, it doesn't matter, well, they were right.

Running and operating the business well is the most important! If one believes that APT is a Good Company, then shouldn't we focus on that instead of O/S. Those that are concern with the impact of a huge O/S are flippers mentality, because they want to make and run quickly.

APT is loyal to their employees, legacy investors, just like SIRI, and these people knowing that their faith in APT was recognized and appreciated tells me that these legacy investors wouldn't act irrationally and intentionally hurt APT. These individuals that APT rewarded are people that's been there for APT even when they didn't get rewarded, knowing that, I trust this group of people and the faith, loyalty that this group has for APT. We all know what will happen if they just non stop dump their shares after the restriction period, APT knows as well, they have the faith in these people acting with integrity, otherwise APT wouldn't put their entire Company's faith to these legacy individuals IMO.

Would getting rid of, say, 10 billion help things?

Of course it would...
But how are they going to reduce the A/S when the terms of the convertible preferreds say
" (d) The Corporation covenants that it will at all times instruct its Transfer Agent to reserve and keep available out of its authorized and unissued Common Stock solely for the purpose of issuance upon conversion of Series C Preferred Stock as herein provided, free from preemptive rights or any other actual contingent purchase rights of persons other than the holders of Series C Preferred Stock, such number of shares of Common Stock as shall be issuable (taking into account the adjustments and restrictions of this Section IV hereof) upon the conversion of all outstanding shares of Series C Preferred Stock. The Corporation covenants that all shares of Common Stock that shall be so issuable shall, upon issue, be duly and validly authorized, issued and fully paid and nonassessable."

All of the designation statements say the very same thing...

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1486526/000135448814002399/froz_ex42.htm

they have authorized and issued 19,738,646 Class C Preferred Shares and 22,155,729 Class E shares.... all convertible at 500 for 1

+ Shyster Schissler has 500,000 Series B ...also convertible at 500 for 1

42,394,375 x 500 = 21,197,187,500 common shares...
Hhmmm.... HOW are they even in compliance with the terms that state they need to keep common shares available for possible conversion???
