I go back and forth.... conservatively... hedge that much sooner to retirement (46 now) @ 6-10, vs paying off my house, buying a 46ft sailboat and investment properties in Hawaii and Durango while riding my bike anytime of day I want (20-30)!! At 60+... a whole different kind of wealthy with feel good charity funds. Ahhhhh. I am good with either scenario, but sure the heck hoping for the latter ones!!! GO Titan!!
