anyone who was at the meeting could tell, what we will have in the near future will be a deal worth waiting for and it will have tremendous value for all SH.

I've read EVERY word I can find posted to date about the SHM and can not come close to your conclusion.

Here is what I think, and if you disagree, please support your position-

We have some sort of offer to start "development" that is almost definitely associated with our new board member, perhaps via one of his companies such a the one referred to in here earlier today. It is also an offer that is unlikely to be accepted, as every "hint" via official talk and hearsay involving off stage communication suggests the offer is not "in the best interest of the company". Kirkland clearly isn't excited, nor is JJ. And Les' trap is shut.

Based on the above, June 9 will come and go without anything of positive substance.

It is very unlikely Volcan has any formal interest, at least at this stage. Mid and Major minors prefer their projects be already measured and quantified, and that job most often falls to the junior. As it should be clear to the few who have fought this concept for years, we have to "prove" what we own before we can monetize it, and this process takes plenty of time and cash for it to unfold.

We will get "glory hole" assay results soon. Hints and whispers are that the numbers will be exciting. Hopefully the assays contain context this time rather than the "pick & choose" garbage we've been fed in the past. The GH assays are quite possibly the only "event" we can anticipate in the second quarter to drive the SP (unless the nonevent around June 9's coming non-acceptance counts). I used to think that was a significant date, but now I believe it is meaningless although there is potential downside. No upside, I'm afraid. Please mark my words on this one, Mike. The tea leaves seem clear to me.

we have been told for years that this deal to come is worth to wait for.
It will change our lives, prepare your resignation letters( do you remember??)
this stock is going to a dollar in short time and least but not last " They are not so crazy to call a shareholders meeting without announcing the JV" (remember that too??).

So now my question to you is are you young enough to see a positive end to this endless saga?
I hope for you man, however the odds are not on your side.
Let`s see what comes June 9th.
