Ck, I'm not a TA expert (far from it), but I believe your flag (or possibly pennant) was broken in the middle of April when the stock dropped to 48 cents. When a pattern breaks, I look for new trend lines to appear. It looks as though a new channel started on April 21 and continues sideways with a range of 70 to 80 cents. For the past three weeks, we've been treading water in this range, moving up and down with the tide. However, I'm keeping my eye on a few other things that could influence the pps (i.e., charts, overall market, and news announcements).
