Since inception the Company has had no revenues. The Company has not achieved profitability and expects to continue to incur net losses throughout fiscal 2014 and possibly subsequent fiscal periods. The Company expects to incur significant operating expenses and, as a result, will need to generate significant revenues to achieve profitability, which may not occur. Even if it does achieve profitability, it may be unable to sustain or increase profitability on an ongoing basis.
