FSPM will probably end up being one of my favorite investments as well. I can see this up listing pretty easily in the future too.
Based on the fact that he doesn't appear on the 2012 report, we can assume that once FSPM management found about his shady dealings they immediately fired him.
Well if you assume that, then you are wrong. He was banned from the OTC in 2010 which was ONE YEAR PRIOR to the 2011 annual report (http://www.otcmarkets.com/research/prohibited-attorney). Meaning he was already banned from the OTC when he was working as FSPM's Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel in 2011!
But when FSPM hired him I'm sure FSPM management had no idea that this guy is someone with a history of stock schemes. No chance at all!
