Dtc chill, restrictions.. Its all the same.. Meaning it sux!! Anyone who thinks not being able to buy iliv through tda is a good thing or has no affect on the stock or its PPS is being ridiculous.

TD Ameritrade told me , when I called this morning after having a buy order rejected ,it has restricted for buys because of settlement issues,, the ta only sends them certs when a buy is made and the fee for that varies and not a set fee so they wont accept buys any longer for ILIV until it changes, so try one of your other brokers.

Just tried placing buy order from TDA and got "Opening transactions are not allowed for this security" and no where I am seeing DTC chill.
