I did mention to SF Gate, the newspaper that covered the Hop-On CEO's felony indictment prison sentencing and their fake disposable phone ( found to be a disguised Nokia phone, not hop-on product) that they may want to cover the meeting.
I explained how the CEO announces deals with and acquisitions of companies the CEO already controlled, hyping them as if they were real companies that he accomplished deals with.
I also mentioned the over $1 million in cash Hop-On funneled to Peter Michaels other secretly-controlled company (Green Frog Fund).
I mentioned the fact that the huge deal Hop-On claimed to make with Teleepoch was actually a deal made with a Hop-On boardmember (CEO of Telepoch) and Hop-On failed to disclose Teleepoch CEO's intimate relationship wtih Hop-ON.
I mentioned the no California business license thing, too.
They seemed to be pretty interested, and even mentioned that the meeting address Hop-On gave appears to not match the address of the venue. They got a chuckle at how a CEO could give out an incorrect address for a shareholder meeting.
