The share price results in what FS had to do to keep operation up and running. Drilling equipment, maintenance and operations is not cheap!!! S1 will help give access to the needed funds over the next 3 years. Getting production up and running is key and appears profitability is not too far down the road.

Full production coming to Snyder/Simon in about a month per yesterdays PR.
