That has me hesitating on a buy. I have shares here & going upward has me wanting to buy more shares. There was a small ask @.0001 last Monday and all week and then yesterday 1/2 bil shares @.0001 when the ask was like 100mil at tops.

Though for me since my shares have been here for 31/2 years...LOL. Could have cashed out @.0001 but what the heck lets see some pps upward movement here.

It's referred to as dilution. There is a huge supply of shares for the company and/or convertible note holders to sell.
