This is classic MR behavior when they run with other people's loot.
Their customer's loss is their gain. Just look at the chart the morning of their email initial call sent April 11 @ 11 A.M. Huge buying before the email on BCCI was sent. Then when the email was sent MR email said the price was, "Now at .148" and the selling began.
And what happened to those whale investors with the millionaire-deep pockets that MR promised was going to buy BCCI? THEY DO NOT EXIST!

Where's Ace Ventura (MR) penny stock detective???
