However, Ed Starrs, the CEO, has 2 Billion and he is restricted to selling 39 million in any three month period. To boot, he has to file a form 144 each sale he makes.

He has already stated that he has NO plans to sell any at these levels. He is an anomaly too; he is a pink sheet CEO that doesn't lie.

Besides, he knows that the stock is GROSSLY undervalued. That is why the visionary group of INVESTORS on this board aren't selling for a LONG time.
