usually you get this from your broker or you have to pay for it. here is a place you can get it for free but last time i checked (which was a long time ago) it was not not level 2, it was a delayed quotation of level 2 but it still shows the in depth orders, amounts and brokers. www.wallst.net you gotta create an account. it's free.
or you can click the link at the top of the investorshub.com forum page which says level 2. i just did it and doesn't seem to be working. it appears to me that it will probably be the same thing as wallst.net. you might consider subscribing from your broker so you get the (accurate) live streaming level 2 quotations.
