You made my day.

Micron may have expected this, but the reality of it happening has to get their attention. Only card Micron has left is the Judge Payne card. The rest of their hand is on the table and it doesn't look good.

As I understand the order of the day,

THJW now has the recently filed case against mu,
(which may be the ~mu-ddr2 case?),
which had been in filed in ndca and was assigned to JAlsupp.

OK< on edit now I checked the link in the prior message,
sure enough it is just the ddr2mu case. whoops...
note to self, never post before brain is fully booted. it is early in CA...

While it is a very good thing that he declared it to be related,
I have the idea that ThJJ in DE has not yet transferred the
case about which motions are being heard later or sooner.

Am I wrong, or are some hayoos overstating the degree to which
the mu cases are no longer in DE?

I guess it certainly adds another brick to the edifice,
and expect that TH JJ would note this in his decision when he does make it.

And JP is holding a couple of hearings today,
re; alberta and something else? Wow, what about
those Mar 35 calls? T- 6 trading days!
