Well, in some cases not diagnosing some diseases is done, one in particular, Huntington's, which can be diagnosed long before symptoms. In AD, there is a LOT of treatment that is involved, it is just not directed towards the disease. It is very expensive to care for an AD patient.
Now, as I just said, the chart looks great, might as well dwell on that.
