and remember Bruce Turner....that came to nothing, except that bruce baby got quite a few shares before he quit in disgust....this latest board member apparantly isn't even on the vulcum payroll...probably was fired and needs money so came on board with mdmn. don't see how the shareprice can do anything but spiral downward...given news that LDM is a sideshow that won't go into production except for the glory hold profits which go to the financing insiders...the single "offer" we do have wont' be accepted because its not in the "best interests of the company" and if it were accepted there would still be months of negotiations to finalize it LOL.... Geeze SELL SELL SELL.

Your confusion of the facts are astounding -- as the new board member has significant ties to the mining industry as noted in ANY simple internet search would prove.

There was absolutely NO ties between ANY of Duncelander people and mining, only finance -- and that discussion is dead no matter WHO said anything about them.
