But 67% is owned by 1st Hudson and EMS...

Just seems that is 6.7 Billion NPT shares...

Oh...FYI I think someone said the float was 1.9 B here...and the O/S was 1.9 Billion...

FYI... 900 million plus is restricted of that, puts 1 Billion between a rock and a hard place...I guess...
