There is no KMAG product. rpac makes the product, and kicks KMAG a royalty involving any sales based on Reid's old EAS patents. The royalties are then passed through from KMAG to Reid. How would Reid help increase the royalties to himself? By acting as a distributorship for rpac. The millions in sales are sales KMAG the rpac distributor made. Where that number is unaudited, and not to be trusted, along with the net profits of past OTC filings. It does explain how KMAG with no manufacturing capability, and none planned (ref link above), suddenly out of the blue had huge increases of sales from nothing in literally months from late 2010.
The current rumors (via tweets) seem to be by passing tags, into the area of hardware. As if this is a virgin area completely ignored by the "real" RFID players such as Checkpoint, and others.
