Frank i wish would elaborate......Catty mentioned something about the california police dept looking at the C.T can you comment?........I figured it would be a shell.It would make more sense than a stock that is doing well they would want a bigger piece of the pie,now i have to scan penny otcbb stocks.
Can you give a us feel for the conference was frank upbeat? did you come away with confidence or just more worry?

Some information we expected and some is a complete surprise, eg. the merger company is a shell?

As mentioned in the merger PR, "The new Bulletin Board Company will complete the merger with ActSoft and will buy other assets from Homeland Integrated Security Systems". Did you get any idea what those "other assets might be?

Jersey: Thanks 4 the update. Interesting that Nextel will be doing their own marketing on the CT. Maybe a silly question, we know it is their network, but what is their involvement (incentive) in doing the marketing? Any ideas? Is there more than just garnering new Nextel customers (and the monthly recurring fees)?

You mentioned that we will know the new company by April 14th. Did they say why that date has been pushed so far back. I thought we were due to know who this company was by the end of this week, and then the dividend date by the 14th of April. Thanks again.

Jersey, did Frank give an update on his projected revenue numbers and where these revenues are projected to come from? Would like to update my financial model on HISC. Numbers are being thrown all over the place on 2006 projected revenue - I'm still sticking to $55 million. Did Frank give any numbers at the conference?

I'm especially interested in finding out the expected number of CTs that Frank and HISC are targeting to sell through the Nextel/Sprint stores this year. If I recall correctly, there are around 14,000 Nextel/Sprint stores across the US. I'm wondering how long it would take HISC to get the CTs out of all 14,000 stores....as opposed to ramping up from a few stores first and then up to all 14,000 stores by say next year.

Personally I think these events have done nothing for the company so far. I hope they follow through with having the CT in Nextel stores. Good exposure. I am just not buying that smile of Moody's. "'can't comment', with a big SMILE" That's just misleading IMHO.
