Mr. Gerard R. Daignault is Interim Chief Financial Officer of AgFeed Industries Inc. effective from August 17 2012. Prior to joining AgFeed Mr. Daignault has served as the Managing Director Strategic Initiatives of the Company since July 15 2011. Prior to that he had served as the Companys Chief Operating Officer since August 2008.
