Fells good too brother to have those PVEC restrictive shares. Yours will come tomorrow I'm sure.

The only broker showing what appears to be the possible preferred share distribution deposited to its customer's brokerage accounts is Scottrade.

Being that PVEC IR representative Kerry previously claimed that the Series C preferred share certificates would be mailed by the company and would not be deposited into brokerage accounts, the notations Scottrade customers see of apparent new shares with a placeholder ticker of ENTB9, may be erroneous or may not indicate actual receipt of the paper certificates.

Scottrade customer service representatives likely have no clue as to the real meaning of the new share notations under ENTB9.

Scottrade customers should contact the Scottrade legal department to ask if these shares are truly deposited and valid in their accounts as well as ask why these Scottrade displayed these shares in their accounts.

Because of the confusing FINRA announcement requested by PVEC which contained information that differed from the PR issued by the company on 2/28/14, it's understandable that brokers are confused.

Did Scottrade possibly contact PVEC before updating customer accounts with shares that might not actually be deposited?
