I haven't been able to view the Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation in Delaware for FROZ regarding the newly issued 2.735B restricted shares of Common at .00001 per share ---

if anyone can view it and cut and paste it here, I wanted to know how it is described exactly and how it is restricted, if it even says it there.
