Not sure what you are referring to but in my eyes the real promo does not start until they have received the cash promised or shares from the company. This promo is from a 3rd party so there will be no shares involved hence there has been no dump and the volume has been low. IMO we will know when the real promo has started by the volume. There also is the possibility that they don't recieve any money at all. Only time and volume will tell the story here.
