#30506 RE: Shail #30503

Yeah Shail, a bit of a scolding here, a lot of compassion. I think we have to recognize our own complicity here. Recognize we are venture capitalists whether we want to be or not. We're on a brand new technology here. Industrial sector. This is all brand new.

I'm happy with my position. Expecting it to be a viable commodity in a full field. Industry/customer accepting this is going to take a little more time than the fast turn around I expected. I do think the DFARS ruling this week adds ____ weight behind whatever program each service decides on. I feel we're the most comprehensive. Putting some of my money on that:)

I'm comfortable with the competence of our board of directors and now I'm willing to hold.

I just can't see us ever being a catastrophic bet (i.e. bankruptcy). I had ~$5K (~80K shares) in this at the August 2012 DLA Mandate announcement. Built it up since 2007 initial investment ($1K, forget the number of shares).

Over the years, James Hayward built up his credibility with me. At the time of my initial investment, I split $5K five ways on what seemed to be promising pennies. Got about 50K shares worth less than $5 still alive in a Canadian energy company that hasn't died.

Followed APDN through their move from LA to Long Island. Get comfort, a lot, in their association with the State of New York
and the Long Island incubater of sum zhit nur nuther")

I think we'e blessed to be in the real deal here. I've run back and forth with this. UP AND DOWN.

Got a lot of variables we're not privy too. I think we'll be very pleasantly surprised this time. I'm looking for a break out NOW. I might have to wait. I do think any criticism of the board is misguided.

And I guess, that't about as much BS from me anyone could possibly handle.

Thanks for getting this far,
Names'ta
