iT does not have SOI technology.

Intel had an SOI process several years ago but chose not to use it.

iT does not have hypertransport.

Technically correct but misleading. Intel does have PCI-Express.

iT has not yet developed an on chip memory controller.

Wrong again. Intel had both a memory controller and graphics on Timna years ago. AMD is just copying Intel.

inteL is so top heavy that were AMD64 to take off iT would probably collapse of iTs own weight.
