Wow what a month now Mr Shirley has produced since we found this in early April. Yes this has only been moving up since April and has hit more then 1800% and is currently up more then 1000% since we saw it move from .0005 to .0008.
Of course now with any great stock move there are many treacherous and bluntly false posters on the IHUB so I wanted too clear up many issues with a time line below. This new Management and Especially Mr Shirley are a well season company, and I am personally impressed how much time and research he has put ahead of this move to MMJ sector. Yes this plan did not start on the first filing and he did not wake up read the news this month and say I want to sell weed. Yes many companies did but He has been planning this for years now.
This whole new move started innocently for me just watching the fast mover by the minute and helping a friend identify good day trade. Needless to say we bought many millions that morning and we broke the resistance at .0015 and pushed it to above the .002 with constant buying.
I now want to take a few lines to identify exactly how much Charles has achieved in a little more than a month since Mid March. I have set up a time-line of what and how the company has been doing to position themselves for this huge new market with billions of dollars of potential this year.
Below are the order that important events have happened and the filings and news release links to verify the facts I post. Yes these are facts and not false propaganda like on IHUB today
1 Apr 10, 2014 the company filed there annual report with the companies plans as well as there last years achievement's. This alone was a huge move as the company moved to revenue producing with Dave's Steak House. ( gosh I love that Name Dave LOL) Heck not only did they produce revenue they increased it and showed a profit in the restaurant which is a huge achievement. Being I ran the highest and best grand opening ever for Ryan's Family Steakhouse in there History in PA I know this is not an easy task.
Hidden in the roughly pages it takes to produce and SEC and OTC 10k annual report was just a little gem. Yes this gem was found by great researchers who read these reports and it said they were adding the business of Medical Cannabis this year. Thank goodness he shared this fast on IHUB.
First public huge move

Wow not only weed but Charles was going to increase shareholder equity by retiring shares. Yes this increase are share of the companies holding by making less shares we shares with. He also verified publicly they had filed to return the shares and that they came from David Greens shares. Again Charles is crossing his Ts and dotting his Is with the OTC and the SEC with real filings. In light of many MMJ companies not doing this, it is reassuring that Mr Shirley spent time with the dept. of Justice and knows how too stay legal with the SEC

Then came the huge news here in the US, which he had alluded to in an earlier news release. We had hired a doctor and scientist in the MMJ field and he also has been a officer in public companies that did very well. Dr Cullen's brings many assets to the table including new products in development in his clinic. Wow not only will we grow weed in Canada, We will develop and products here in the US in two huge markets of CA and NV. I see millions of profit from this alone selling the products to others. Wow we have a company coming to sell soon. We also have a good doctor that has new products ready to go into the new company. We are on are way to producing revenue as early as this year with the David's steakhouse revenue. Yes we have a real company now in the weeds as well and other business's. Sweet
6 Solanbridge Group Inc Announces Acquisition of Tasty Greenz and 500 Million Share Reduction May 08, 2014 This the best news yet that the company has a great name as well as an avenue now and the papers have been signed by the company. It as important to have a great products as a great name and I love the name Tasty Greenz. There is so much marketing ideas generated from weed to smoke, vaporizers flavors, baked products, candy and even medical pills and other products.
So unlike one person on the IHUB, anyone with a real retail manufacturing business background like I have can see the market potential just in this one name is a Huge Win, Dr Cullen and Mr Shirley, I look forward to great products coming next and a great website. Yes we need a ghreat website and I look for that to be news soon.
In closing all please do your research and if you are long term add more shares right now to dry up the shares from the flippers. This company has the most capable management and development team I have seen in the OTC markets now. I am long here all the way to the elections this year and will reevaluate it then after we have more legal states. We will overcome this dip and move ahead stronger with more long term holders. 1 I look for the website for the company to be up soon for Tasty Greenz.
2 I look for additional states news like Washington, Maryland and possibly other states with MMJ laws in Place.
3 I look for the finalization of the the Canadian growers facility and the appointment of management there.
4 Possibly other states on line with medical clinics and a growing facility here in the US in either Colorado or Washington.
5 Possibility of other locations too expand the David's Steakhouse line.
6 Lots of other great steps on the news we have including new product line and what we have too sell like Vaporizers and other medical products from Dr Cullen.
